Oops, I am accidentally doing surveillance-resistant DHT design now, I guess
Was looking into P2P relay routing with relay discovery as a side effect of DHT traversal, and realized that this would create some issues with bias in peer selection (specifically a surveillance node could sit on a specific DHT path to increase chances of being selected)
