what's the xmpp landscape like? Is there a good server?
I am now so deep in the docs of Prosody. Don't wanna fuck this up.
Apparently Snikket is also a thing? Why does it have built in Let's Encrypt tho instead of relying on reverse proxy?
Anyway I'm having A Time™

@robinsyl It's been a while since I've last used Prosody, but back then there were very few footguns (it mostly Just Worked) and the community was very helpful in helping me figure out how to set it up right.
(It was pretty much the only positive experience I've ever had in the XMPP ecosystem, to be honest)
