If you could choose one piece of software you wanted to exist, something that just does one simple thing and which right now you can't find (because eg. everything is bogged down in subscription or enshittification nonsense), what would it be? 
@joepie91 a good monorepo scale issue tracker which does not assume you live on github
@joepie91 something like google monorail, i.e. bugs are not necessarily attached to a repo, but there's a mechanism to categorize as components, etc.
(think: what would you do if you were designing a issue tracker only for nixpkgs)
