Kinda weird to see people turn so hard on April Fool's. It can be very mean spirited and I think a lot of this comes from a prank culture that aims not to amuse but to abuse. Kinda like most YouTube prank videos actually, pretending you cheated on your girlfriend isn't funny it's just distressing for no reason. Be normal. @mdstevens0612 I suspect that a lot of it has to do with residual trauma of April Fool's often being used as a cover for abuse towards autistic folks
