domain registrar stop deadnaming me challenge (impossible)

I did and you still sent me a email 15 minutes ago starting with “Hello $deadname,”
oh good now i can't even manage the domain i bought from you
@flimpie ... wait. Aren't they literally run by trans folks? Seems like the last place where you would expect deadnaming to occur :/
@joepie91 i am applying Hanlon's razor here tbf as they did change it in their billing for which the synchronisation is broken
