I downloaded Railroad Tycoon 3 cause I remember playing it a lot as a kid and it's... fine, but it's so much more simplified than I remembered and especially compared to OpenTTD damn
@hazelnot I have this problem even with most newer transport simulators tbh, they rarely hold up to OpenTTD for me
@joepie91 yeah in this one seems like you can just be profitable by sending a few trains on routes telling them to just carry any cargo and they just auto-load, trains can pass through each other (though one still has to stop to wait for the other one), use a station at the same time as other trains, there's no signalling, trains can just turn 180° on the spot anywhere but themselves, stuff like that 😅
