@clarfonthey that just changes who the gatekeeper is , why is that different? Most people don't know the difference between a virus and bacteria, and ask for antibiotics when they have a cold. Mostly they are very cheap, I suspect you may be in the US with anomalous prices.

@river @clarfonthey If this is already a problem today (which it is), I have to ask how exactly prescription gatekeeping is supposed to solve this problem
