@LevelUp While there are definitely many other signs of this sort of 'viewpoint of entitlement', IME they are less of a slam-dunk conclusion than the phrase I quoted.

When someone says "mute me", for example, that could be a sign of entitlement (in which case they should be banned) *or* it could be the conclusion after genuine consideration (in which case this doesn't apply). So I'd treat that more on a case-by-case basis.
