Wow, landlord sent me a follow-up e-mail about their tenant satisfaction survey, just *telling* me the score they got on average (6.7 out of 10), and which things people complained about the most

@zkat They're strongly implying (but not hard-committing, presumably for legal reasons) that they will improve the complaint handling, and the solutions offered

I mean, they're absolutely still a landlord, but "compared to others we're not so bad" does at least seem to be true so far :p

@zkat (Technically this is the property management company, not directly the landlord; the previous property management company would just straight-up not respond to half your e-mails, whereas this one does active follow-up to make sure broken shit is actually fixed)
