I can't help but notice that "white supremacist habits and mannerisms" and "necrocomputing" (ie. faux minimalism in software/hardware) keep showing up together
@tobi That's definitely a common factor I've noticed, but I don't know, it feels like an incomplete explanation to me
@joepie91 My hypothesis is that large-scale organisation is difficult on that basis, so people with views that are not very tolerated retreat to spaces where they can achieve things on their own, without having to cooperate with others, or relying on infrastructure controlled by others. Could be entirely wrong on this.
