I honestly feel like the concept behind GraphQL has so much potential that GraphQL itself will never realize because it was built by Facebook, and so only designed to solve Facebook's problems
@joepie91 I actually wrote my bachelor thesis on graphQL. In the end it felt like the concepts are just way too obtuse and REST is just more straightforward
