@joepie91 it looks to me like the kbin dev has responded appropriately by now. Based on what I'm reading it looks like this was not intentional and the dev wants to rectify this asap. Even labeled the issue as high priority.

Update on #kbin: it looks like this was a genuine mistake. The response from the developer is promising and seems genuine; and the issue should be rectified soon.
