Plus, if you've ever actually read the 10+ page "notice of 'privacy' 'practices'" from your healthcare holding company, ChatGPT probably keeps it more private even when you don't count the times they call patients' names out loud, leave records and sign-in sheets on the counter for every other patient to peruse, etc.
