But, I mean, we use the same reward system as a basis of work in capitalism. If people agree on that being wrong, they'd need to admit that this whole system is built on wrong assumptions about humans and doesn't work at all. And we can't have that, can we /s
So instead, any time someone complains about current school system being terrible for students, there are people saying "oh, they need to get used to it, it will be the same when they grow up" without even seeing how fucked up it is.
