@BestGirlGrace @boobs_idiot @ca_dmv_bot the job of the customer is to explain a positive spin on the message, the job of the dmv comment guy is to put a negative spin on the message, the job of the approver is to decide which of them are more likely to be correct or likely to be interpreted that way, and if the plate then can be approved
It's a bit complicated but it decreases variance, unlike having the same person do research *and* make the decision
