@joepie91 @dysfun My two cents as a non-vegan, if I see vegan or vegetarian explicitly advertised as a product feature, my gut reaction is negative because I'm thinking "oh no what ingredients have they substituted to make this possible" or similarly "I don't want to be paying extra for a 'feature' I don't require". On the other hand, if a product just "happens" to be vegan then I don't have those thoughts. Perhaps not the most logical thought process but I doubt I'm the only one in that boat. (to be clear, I'm not anti-vegan in any way, it's just the reaction I have to how products are labeled/marketed)
