An unfortunate, but unsurprising discovery last night - turning on the fireplace brings the indoor co2 level (iirc quite a bit) higher than 2000 ppm in my living room (co2 meter was placed on the other side of the room from the fireplace).
That might explain why I've been having a harder time working on Tangerine in the evenings since we hit the cold half of the year. I've had a few evenings and weekend days where I got some good work done, and I wonder if those were just really warm days 🤔.
@aeva Is it an open fireplace? As those are generally not just very (indoors-)air-polluting but also not very efficient heat-wise, compared to closed wood burning thingems
