can firefox please stop sending configure window requests before sending a map window request?
if i then take this to mean i should map unknown window ids on a configure request, wtf am i meant to do with this now redundant map request?
@kim Wait. Isn't configuring windows before mapping them an entirely valid thing to do? Mapping just controls visibility AFAIK, and a configure request shouldn't result in an implicit visibility change.
