@AudreyJune@queer.party Ah, but the difference there is that they're run into the ground by disinterested rich folks with more money than sense, and who mainly need a place to stash their debts. Elon probably genuinely *cares*, but still doesn't really have any sense, and that makes it much more explosive! :p
If nothing else, I guess we get some once-in-a-lifetime entertainment out of something that was doomed to fail.

@AudreyJune@queer.party (Well, technically Twitter could still survive by being sold for pennies on the dollar fast enough that people haven't emotionally detached from the platform yet, Yahoo-style. But with how stubborn Musk is, I don't really see that happening...)
