@crablab@chaos.social @Peetz0r I'm unsure, but there *is* some actual quality data for the local translation engine behind Firefox Translations, which seems to have some sort of unclear shared heritage with LibreTranslate/Argos: https://github.com/mozilla/firefox-translations-models/blob/main/evaluation/prod/results.md - that at least suggests that local translation models *in general* can be perfectly competent
@joepie91 @crablab @Peetz0r I'd love to have some translation built in. On Twitter i follow a few who only write in Japanese, but post awesome video's of stuff they made. Would love to actually understand what they are saying 😎
