@joepie91 Was this in ancient versions of Teamspeak? Or was it in something else? I 100% know exactly ow this sounds but I can't actually remember what put that in my brain.

@joepie91 Found it! It's actually an Ogg Vorbis file btw.

@joepie91 I feel like the actual recording might be older than that, and might exist in an actual speex encoded file from 2007 or earlier. But I have zero proof except vague memories.
