To make your choice you may request one (1) kind of typical artifact. This will be fetched from each universe, you may compare to make your choice.
Electronics will be disabled. If the artifact doesn't exist... you get nothing.

@futurebird this is very interesting to think about with the context of the culture & society course im following atm, might even be able to adapt it into my essay. As artifacts are most readily available but reveal the least amount of information about a culture.
If language is similar, a collection of historical and cultural texts, especially comparing their universe's culture to others they might be aware off, like a Rosetta stone of anthropology
@f0x put the “no electronics” limitation because what interest me is what the design of objects says about a people. I might modify this to be “data transfer in the form of text and narrative images is limited, you may ask for a book but might only receive the font and back cover. —
