So are there any IDE-ish text editors left now Atom is dead? what can I use on debian? do I have to work out how to configure gvim??

@s0 I really like vscode, switched over from Atom years ago now and never looked back

@s0 a while later I also started using code-server, super convenient way to share the same editor/dev environment between devices, accessing vscode as a browser PWA
