Today's trick of the trade is a really jammy one: If you're getting a blue screen in Windows on startup caused by a driver and can't get into Safe Mode or system restore or anything like that, boot into a Linux live environment and literally just delete or rename the driver file the blue screen mentioned and fix it from there (normally uninstall the driver if it's listed in Programs and Features, install the latest version, etc)
