I don't like repairing Macs at the best of times but I'm handling a particularly bizarre damaged APFS on a Mac that was stuck mid-upgrade and honestly I'm not paid enough for this. Sorted though 💪
It had somehow created two volumes trying to share the same set of data and confusing the fuck out of its self so it was unable to do anything. Managed to remove one volume and seems ok. How cursed is this though? What happened to cause this in the first place is beyond me
Anyway, repairs like this and the process of troubleshooting and repairing it is really interesting, maybe I should document the more weird and wonderful repairs like a cursed catalogue of puzzles that shouldn't exist but somehow still exist
