it's such a tiny detail, but the extra interactivity is great imo
@f0x not a ux person but suggestion anyway:
instead of checkmark that fades away change the entire button state to be disabled and the text to "Saved". then, if the user changes any text in the form fields set the button back to enabled / "Save"
