Soon (tm) you'll be able to create reports about other accounts, and view reports you've created. The latter is apparently not something that mastodon does, so it likely won't have any client support yet, but oh well!
the admin API for reports is also gonna be interesting to create; i budgeted like 3 days for that but not sure if that's gonna be enough :') curse you past tobi...
