like the fucking weirdo who i discovered federating with outerheaven disqordia et al but since it was a recently created single user instance i was all like ok so you might not be aware of this but those instances are like known bad actors on masto and you need to suspend them, i can help you with this if needed etc
and alice was like there's no point this person's going to be like "but those are my friends" and not do anything. but i just have this probably flawed concept that like surely people will listen to reason right
anyway alice was right the person DM'd me with a whole essay about how those were their friends and how federating with them wasn't as big of an issue as i was making it out to be

so i guess in the future i gotta just not waste my time and go directly to the suspend i guess
