@f0x@tindall@wmute it is much much easier to not get in legal hot water while operating an LLC even if you plan to not put yourself under any fiduciary responsibility to shareholders (the easiest way is just by just never issuing shares). i can see a team of 3 people deciding that it's much less work for it to be non-profit in spirit only
