love/hate relationship with code that's difficult enough that you have to make notes on paper first..
what *is* the best way to have light pulses nudge a user's breathing tempo.. and how do I throw it into an arduino
i really just thought it was that easy huh, lol, lmao
ohhhh what if I just show both pulses, the user's breathing in red, the tempo in green (i would do blue but blue is bad for sleeping), and that way if you see orange light you're overlapping nicely
