the supposedly specific phone number i got to verify my identity didn't work the standard support (same for consumer+business) opens with "our app is currently broken, we're working on it", and then you have to tell the robot what you want in a simple sentence, but it just fails to parse, and it will try that again and again instead of just forwarding to an actual operator or numerical choice menu
