@float13 Borg, preferably through the excellent #NixOS module, but on legacy systems through Borgmatic to manage a config. It backs up to my own backup server, a local hardrive, to a friend's server, and space I rent at borgbase.com

Set up as incremental nightly append-only backups, with encryption, compression and deduplication (and monitoring!)
