@Jo oh? that and the community (gamers....) are kinda my only complaints
@f0x It absolutely chugs on my laptop, even with all the effects turned off. 
@Jo ooof how does it manage that, even my thinkpad gets a solid >100 fps
@f0x No idea, but I suspect it might have something to do with them trying to make the Quake 1 engine do what it was never designed for. 
@f0x Apparently it's DarkPlaces. I've never been able to get a game running on that to behave smoothly.
Even Steel Storm struggles on a 2012 GeForce, and it really shouldn't.
