@IceWolf The weird situation about Matrix is that it actually *has* a concept of stickers in Riot, at least. 😛 There are a handful of pre-approved sticker packs that you can enable in the room's plugins. Stickers tend to work best when someone posts them over a Telegram bridge. They render in Riot perfectly. 😛 It's all very weird that they don't get more emphasis in Riot, at least.
It doesn't have custom emojis as fat as I know 🤔

@MadestMadness @IceWolf we need a nicer sticker pack/picker implementation, maybe dimension.t2bot.io will bring it for Riot, Neo (my own project) will probably have something custom
custom emojis are possible and implemented by the ponies.im Riot fork already, but will only render in some of the other clients (web/desktop currently)

Is the current sticker pack implementation proprietary? I thought it might be, so I've avoided using it so far.
@IceWolf @MadestMadness In Riot it is, sadly, part of the Scalar integration manager.
From the newer dev (https://riot.im/develop) versions you can actually try the Dimension integration manager easily, by going to settings and entering dimension.t2bot.io in the Integration Manager section
