@f0x matrix synapse's memory usage seems to have gone down a lot in recent releases, in my experience it's not problematic anymore
@alkahest yeah it's at about 1GB while in all the bigg rooms and multiple users active
@f0x I'd be complaining about both if I wasn't using pleroma.
kinda interesting how ppl complain about #Matrix resource useage so much, but it's actually Mastodon's sidekiq that uses a large majority of my resources
