I did a bunch of #soldering for a scouting project and here's some things:
1. Keep your workspace wel ventilated, solderfumes will give you a headache short term and probably worse long term
2. Cut your wires beforehand, it's soo much faster to cut and strip everything first then solder it all than switching between cutting and soldering for every wire

oh and the TS100 is an amazing soldering iron, but running it of my sole thinkpad charger has the downsides of not being able to charge my laptop lol
