My old friend @tottinge@twitter.com taught me the mental model "Facts/Operations/Goals" (FOG) as a way to group identify what a group has or is missing in order to be successful in their purpose.

But facts aren't enough, we also need the resources (time, money, etc) to drive work forward.

So now I'm using Resources/Operations/Goals but I can't figure out how to turn that into a backronym.
