Hey can somebody do the math on this to shift it to 1/2c butter for me?

3c flour
4tbsp baking powder
1tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 cream of tartar
3/4c butter
1c milk

Added bonus if there's a simplified version w just baking soda and salt.

2/3 cup milk

Can use the unsalted butter in the fridge too
