I fell in love with light. Lights. Everywhere. My partner fueled my passion and like a little moth-squirrel brought light fixture after light fixture into my apartment. And smart stuff as well. So now I use my phone to turn on, turn off, adjust, dim, light up, and change colors according to my mood and needs.

My room has six Govee light bulbs alone. Two Govee lamps and one Govee string light. There are more fairy lights as well, and another led lamp and they're all plugged into smart power outlets.

I never get tired of seeing my room in various lighting situations. It's cozy, it's cinematic, it's moody, it's beautiful. A source of joy.
