A frequent occurrence in my recent research on Victorian culture is that you see some name offhandedly mentioned in a text, go look them up on wikipedia and get punched in the face by the most racist and antisemitic views invented by man
@Glueblade Ugh, yeah, I ran into that issue when looking up romance era writings while working on Castle Titania. Lots of fascism too!

@elfi Yeeeep ._. I'm generally prepared for some moderate amounts of awfulness when looking up historical people, but sometimes the sheer breadth of it catches you off guard
