I dunno what I expected when I decided to stream the cruftiest most "I want to tell a story and won't let my zero knowledge of game dev get in the way" RPG Maker game I've ever seen, but "Writing python code to retrieve my broken save file" was not it.

This is turning out to be exactly the kind of journey I was hoping for.
