@foone HRT just never stops working has been a mantra I'll tell anyone who listens.

Some things happen in the first month or two. some slower, some even slower again.

Every weight gain and loss and new bit of hair or bone or skin or tendon is pulled down and rebuilt or heals under the influence of HRT.

It ain't necessarily everything you'd want, but it's also way more than the usual advice would say!
