it's a Sony SRF-201 fm radio from 1985, and it's the size of a credit card and only 3mm thick. i immediately wanted to know how they got it so thin, and from staring at a picture of the internals the best i can figure is "surface-mount components and an absurdly compact circuit board design"
i don't even listen to the radio but i kind of want one because look at it
