On the one hand, I'm glad I finally got the Cling Gem in Pseudoregalia so I can finally progress deeper into all the areas I got into with my sick flips. On the other hand I'm sad becauae with the Cling Gem I won't need to so many sick flips.
Turns out the reason I was having so much trouble was because I was getting into areas you're not supposed to get into without the Cling Gem. But I was just not good enough to actually complete those areas without the Cling Gem.
@bunny_jane This was the exact same issue I was having!!
@bunny_jane Like, literally, I even found the entrance to the tower, but I didn't get the hint at first and assumed I needed to fulfill some other goal to unlock it, so I went back and wandered until I ended up getting the ascendant light by the power of Sybil's thighs alone, only to come back and realize I could find a way in the whole time
