I still find it weird that one of the best examples of ethical algorithms is Pandora.

It's clear to the user that they're in control, how to control it, and that they can go back and change past decisions.

We need more services like that.

Granted, it's been a few years since I've really used it, so it might have enshitified.

@elfi they're one of the older services. Their whole pitch is that they're dynamic personalized radio stations, before Spotify or Google music or modern music streaming.

So you tell it "make a station based on this artist/song" and it'll start playing music, and then you can 👍🏻/👎🏻 songs to refine the station.

And you can go look at the list later (or next time the song plays) and undo it.
