There's been an estradot patch shortage in Canada for the past month. How on earth did I not hear about this at all?

I'm getting the last few boxes in stock at my pharmacy--the pharmacist insisted I take them all despite me saying I should be good with one since the estimated resolution is in a week. I worry it's not actually going to be resolved anytime soon
