Sometime between 2018 and today, the FDA started formatting their postmarketing commitments database as a tilde-delimited value file
I don't think this is intentionally malicious in any way
It's just weird
Okay so also
The PMC database also no longer has its "original projected completion date" column
Instead it has a "current projected completion date" column
And it's uhh completely empty
