@elfi It sounds like you're experiencing what I think of as "beast mode", when you have a sudden spike in your creative skills that seem like it comes from nowhere.
It's really nice to follow an artist who's doing pretty well and then one day there's a picture that's just like "wow, you levelled up!"

@Owlor that does in fact sound like what happened. My sister commented that my art was really good when I sent her some doodles and I was like "maybe I should challenge myself" and... that came out of it all that evening
