I fixed my computer! I still don't know what was wrong with it but the watercooling block is running again and the backup is definitely dead
Yep. Air bubbles.
In its current setup, they all go to the pump too, since the radiator is too big for the upper fan slots
Time to improvise I guess

Going theory: air bubbles. Since it's an AIO I want to hold off on dealing with that though, unless it happens again in which case all bets are off
