They might have cut the tips off the fork and carefully put them on top
Or the fork might actually be there

@minervissa if it isn't purely shopped, I'd reckon it's glued on; there doesn't appear to be even the faintest sign of any drilling, puncturing, or pressure of the circuit board or memory chip
